When a young person is referred to us, we collaborate with Local Authorities, social workers, and placement teams to ensure we can meet all of the child's emotional and therapeutic needs. We subsequently conduct a matching and impact assessment to ensure the young person is a good fit for our home and its existing residents.

During the referral process, we strive to gather as much information about the child as possible so we can tailor the best support package. We may also arrange visits for the young person to meet our team and the other children in our home.
